WELA's Career-Building Skills Workshop is uniquely designed for young adults newly entering the workforce. We will teach people just like you the secrets, tips, and tools about workplace etiquette that will help to distinguish you as a winner in the competitive 21st century workplace. These often unspoken rules and tools are being taught by Kathy Miller-Wilson, founder and CEO of WELA. Kathy brings over 20 years of supervisory and leadership experience to the classroom.
"After 20 years in leadership positions, I know that leaders are always looking for the next up and coming potential new leaders. I know the qualities and competencies sought after, and more importantly I know the behaviors and shortcomings that will get you flagged as an underachiever. In this workshop I will share all of this and more secrets, tips, and tools about workplace etiquette to position you for greatness.
